Foord hails 'new chapter' with win in Honiton & Sidmouth

Responding to Liberal Democrat wins across the South West, including his win in Honiton & Sidmouth, Richard Foord MP said:

“I am deeply humbled and honoured to be re-elected to fight for Devon, the place I am proud to call home.

“This result marks the beginning of a new chapter. People don’t want politicians to promise miracles, but they do want someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work on the everyday challenges they face.

“Today, people have stood up to demand better and shown that the Liberal Democrats are the true champions of the rural West Country.

“I promise to do all that I can to repay the trust you have placed in me, working night and day to demand better for our rural and coastal communities.”
