Help STOP plans to make it easier to build in flood-hit areas

Stop the Government making it easier to build in areas at risk of flooding.

A car covered up with water after a flood.

Well over 100 properties across Devon flooded during Storm Chandra. It is utter madness that ministers are currently formally consulting to alter national planning policy to make it easier for developers to build in areas that could flood.

Richard Foord has written to ministers urging them to strengthen, rather than weaken, rules to build in areas that flood. We need YOUR support to show the Government that watering down these planning protections harms our environment and our communities.
