These groups provide support for people being cared for and their families, as well as clubs for older people.
Devon Carers
Devon Carers provides information, advice and support to carers. They are a service by local charity, Westbank, and is led by current and former carers. Their support covers your rights as a carer, financial planning, training, and much more.

Hospiscare
Hospiscare provide support throughout Exeter, Mid, and East Devon to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Their support includes:
- Homecare visits with a specially trained nurse
- A 12 bed ward in Searle House in Exeter
- A 7-day out-of-hours support line between 5PM and 8AM

Involve Mid Devon
The Crediton, Tiverton and Cullompton Health & Wellbeing Alliances work to develop, maintain and enhance services for people in our communities.
They:
- Ensure that the services meet the needs of people in Crediton and surrounding area, particularly the most vulnerable by working to identify the actions required to provide services to meet that need.
- Liaise with other organisations, whether statutory or private
- Pool collective knowledge and proposals
- Communicate activities to partners and wider stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed of the progress and activities.

Young At Heart Club
Young At Heart Club runs a variety of activities and services for over 60s around Mid-Devon and Somerset. They include activity days every Monday and Friday, 10AM - 2:30PM in Burlescombe Community Hall (EX16 7JW) with lunch provided. As well as this they also provide support for carers.
